Welcome to 9 to 5. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and the purchase of onboarding kits and merchandise for employees. By using our platform, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Ordering Process
Authorized Orders: Onboarding kits must be ordered through our platform by new employees, with costs covered by the company.
Employee Responsibility: New employees initiate the order, but the company pays for the kit.
Accuracy of Information: It is the company’s responsibility to provide accurate employee details (name, address, and role).
2. Payment Terms
Corporate Payment: All payments for onboarding kits are directly billed to the company.
Invoices: Payments must be completed within the invoice terms. Delays may impact order processing.
3. Returns and Refunds
Return Responsibility: New employees must initiate returns in case of damage or inconvenience. Employees are not charged for returns.
Refund Credits: Refunds will be processed directly to the company’s account, not the employee.
Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with appropriate packaging.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Timelines: Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Liability: 9 to 5 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or external factors.
5. Product Customization
Final Approval: Companies must approve any custom branding or designs before production.
Non-Returnable Custom Products: Customized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
6. Intellectual Property
Brand Use: Logos and branding provided by companies remain their property and will only be used for the specified order.
7. Confidentiality
Data Security: All employee and company data provided to 9 to 5 is handled confidentially and used solely for order fulfillment.
Information Sharing: Data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Exclusions: 9 to 5 is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.
Maximum Liability: Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the company for the specific order.
9. Amendments to Terms
Policy Updates: 9 to 5 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
